How secure is online shopping? Is my data protected?

We take internet security seriously - all of your data is securely protected against prying eyes. Our Credit Card, and Zip merchants are just as secure as your own bank!

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Our online store accepts credit/debit card payments and Zip (which is similar to Afterpay) - if you don't have a credit/debit card, or just prefer to pay via bank transfer, then that's perfectly fine - reach out to us via email ([email protected]

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

We send out physical invoices (with the all important GST details) with every order - if you also require a digital copy, then that's fine too. Flick us an email ([email protected]) and we'll email you one through.

Can I add items to my existing order?

Absolutely! If you want to add items to an existing pre-order, use the code 'addtomyorder' at checkout, and we'll bundle everything up, no extra shipping!. You can request adjustments to your order by contacting us via our contact form or via email u

How can I change the delivery address for an order after it has been placed?

Do you have a physical store location?

No, we don't have a physical store. All of our goodies are available to purchase online, and we ship them nationwide. We do however offer a pickup option for our Paparoa locals. We're a working bulb farm, so we're often out in the paddocks playing in

Do you keep credit card details on file?

No, for security reasons, we do not store any credit card details on file.

How can I amend the quantity of items in my pre-order?

If you're wanting to amend your order, no worries! please reach out to us via our contact form or email us at [email protected]. We're more than happy to add more goodies, remove, or adjust your order to suit!

Can I request a specific delivery instruction for my order?

Yes, we can accommodate specific delivery instructions for your order and note any special requests, such as delaying the shipment to a later date or ensuring that no invoice is included for gift orders. You can simply add a note in your shopping car

Do you ship outside of NZ?

No, we only supply our bulbs within New Zealand. The costs of exporting living bulbs, including inspection fees on both sides, can cost thousands of dollars, making it impractical for our small family-owned business. We’d love to be able to send our
