We usually harvest our Saffron bulbs (corms) in December, with sales running online from December through to early March.

That said, this season’s crop didn’t perform as well as we’d hoped, so we’ll be keeping all our stock to grow on for next year. This helps ensure bigger, better harvests in the future!

We don’t take pre-orders, as horticulture can be full of surprises, and we prefer to confirm exactly what we have available before opening sales.
